How do I get access?

Access is automatic: when you purchase a ProSolve package or service, we create your portal account and email you an invitation to sign in — nothing to set up.

What can I see in the portal?

Your project timeline with each milestone, every file we deliver, your care plan and its price, your full billing history, and a direct line to the team via support tickets.

How do I manage my care plan?

From the Care Plan page you can upgrade, downgrade, change your payment method or cancel — changes happen through Stripe’s secure billing portal and take effect immediately.

How do I get help?

Open a support ticket from the portal and the ProSolve team will reply in the same thread. For anything urgent, our general enquiries line is +44 330 3113 0494.

How do I join?

Apply at the partner portal with your legal and company details. Once approved, you sign the partner agreement electronically, confirm self-billing consent, add your payout details, and your tracked links go live.

How does commission work?

You earn commission on purchases completed through your tracked links, including recurring commission on active care plans. The exact rates and terms are set out in the partner agreement you sign during onboarding.

When am I paid?

Commission qualifies 30 days after the client’s payment (so refunds and disputes settle first), then qualified amounts are paid monthly by bank transfer with a self-billed invoice — no need to invoice us.

Introducer or reseller — what’s the difference?

As an introducer you refer clients to ProSolve and earn commission while we deliver the work and hold the client relationship. As a reseller you sell to your client under your own brand and pricing, and we deliver as your subcontractor at wholesale rates. One agreement covers both — you choose per transaction.
