Your 14-day cancellation right

If you are buying as a consumer, you have the right to cancel this order within 14 days without giving a reason, by emailing info@prosolve.uk or using the model cancellation form. The checkboxes below let you choose whether we start work inside that period.

Before you pay

I accept the Client Order Terms and the Terms of Service.I expressly request ProSolve to begin work during my 14-day cancellation period. I acknowledge that if the service is fully performed within that period I lose my right to cancel, and if I cancel part-way through I will pay a proportionate amount for work already done.I understand this is a monthly recurring charge through Stripe until I cancel, and I can cancel at any time via the billing portal.

Without the early-start request, work on your order begins after your 14-day cancellation period ends.
